Was reading Kenya was helping arm South Sudan. A second port being built in Kenya to serve Ethiopia and South Sudan. Roads leading to those borders being done, even railway plan. I thought Egypt would be very worried by this judging with the Nile dispute. Tanzania already diverted water from Lake Victoria. I do not understand this politics, explain to me.

they are trying to strengthen their positions to make them more stable, the more stable a government is the less trouble they will see later
Sudan and Ethiopia have plans for taking water out of the Nile. Egypt needs that water. If Sudan and Ethiopia do it anyway, Egypt is going to bomb them and take over.
